During my experience of work as a wedding photographer I’ve heard our customers asking many similar questions… Here I’ve compiled a top 10 list of the most frequently asked ones!
Who will work on my property?
Well trained, supervised personnel with the proper equipment and training. All employees wear a company provided uniform and uphold the highest standers of customer service.
Are you a licensed?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. We hold all the required and necessary licenses for the county and the State Of Florida. In Manatee County we are licensed to provide green services per county ordnance. You may view our licensing at
What insurance levels do you carry?
We are insured up to 1 Million Dollars per occurrence and 2 Million Aggregate. You can rest assured we are fully covered!
What equipment do you use?
We use only the highest grade equipment available. Our mower blades are sharpened daily and changed once they reach the end of their life providing you with the best cut possible. Our mowers are a mixture of Hustler and Dixie Chopper while our edgers, string trimmers, blowers and saws are Echo.
What clients do you work for?
We provide services for residential, commercial all the way up to shopping malls. There is no job too big or too small. If you’re in the Lakewood Ranch area there is a chance we can take care of your property also!
What is you cut schedule?
In the summer our services are provided weekly, during the winter months we switch to a bi-weekly service.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept payments in the form of Cash, Check (Personal & Bank Bill Pay) and Credit Cards. We offer a auto payment option for customers who pay by credit card. We have started to accept Zelle on a request basis.
Do you require a Contract?
No, we do not require contracts. We firmly believe if we do our job properly you have no reason to leave us.
Do you offer fertilizer service?
LWR Property Maintenance is proud to say we are state licensed and certified to apply fertilizer. We do offer fertilization services.
Do you offer multiple property discounts?
Yes, we do offer discounts if you have more then one property that needs to be serviced.
